The Salutation is an 84 room hotel in the center of Perth with a restaurant, bar and four meeting / events rooms. As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for all our customers, working as part of a small team on our busy front desk, reporting to the head receptionist.
Duties include greeting guests, registering arrivals and departures, taking and processing reservations, room billing and invoicing, balancing monies, daily banking, greeting and directing residents, guests and delegates.
Admin tasks include typing daily menus, checking and responding to emails, processing and recording daily figures and compiling and issuing reports.
Shifts are 7.30am - 3.30pm and 3pm - 11pm on a rota basis working five days from seven including weekends.
The successful applicant will be highly customer focused with great attention to detail and will enjoy a fast paced and varied work load.
