Key Responsibilities:
Handle both inbound and outbound calls from new and existing customers in a professional manner
Assist customers with enquiries regarding the products and services we offer
Reaching out B2B to Event's Companies etc.
Sales Order Processing on our internal RMS System.
Sending Quotes to pre-existing leads via our internal CRM System.
Sales Calls Inbound and Outbound
Managing all email correspondence in an efficient manner
Accurately describe our product features and benefits to increase your personal sales revenue
Self Management;
Enthusiastic Team player with a positive contribution to the office ambience
