Resident Manager required. 35 hours per week

The position of Court Manager is a highly autonomous role, with no line management responsibilities, enabling you to focus on delivering hands-on exceptional customer service at a thriving independent living retirement development, Ennerdale Court, Wanstead, London, E11 2UA.

Kingsdale Group

manages property on behalf of private residential leaseholders, the majority of whom are retired homeowners. Our aim is that every development we manage is attractively presented, well maintained, and staffed by friendly, helpful, and efficient people. We want each development that we manage to be a source of pride to those who live there.

Ennerdale Court

is a retirement development comprising of 54 apartments and the court facilities include a spacious owners lounge, guest suite and landscaped gardens. There is a busy social programme organised by Court Manager and the Right To Manage Board of Directors including cards night, bingo night, birthday parties and Darts nights.

The Role - Facilities & Customer Service Manager

(Court Manager)

As the Court Manager at Ennerdale Court, you'll be responsible for ensuring the apartment Owners receive the highest levels of customer service, and that their well-being is always prioritised.

You'll be responsible for a budget, managing the social calendar for apartment Owners, and for ensuring building maintenance, hygiene and safety standards are taken care of.

Our Requirements - Facilities & Customer Service Manager

Experience delivering excellent customer care gained within the hospitality or retail sector

Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of workload using own initiative

Passion for delivering the highest standards of customer service

Ability to build meaningful, professional relationships

Ability to remain calm in an ever-changing environment

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

Although not essential as training will be provided, a First Aid Certificate would be advantageous. Due to the nature of the organisation and the role, this post is subject to a DBS check.

The Package



Permanent contract

Working 35 hours per week, typically 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary based on 35 hours per week is 23132 per year equivalent to 12.71 per hour

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata
