Your Role



As a

Resident Leasing Associate at Copper House, Liverpool

, you'll be responsible for securing new residents, managing the end-to-end leasing process, and delivering an exceptional experience to everyone who walks through our doors. You'll play a key role in achieving occupancy goals while fostering a warm, welcoming, and connected resident community.

Key Responsibilities - Leasing & Sales



Manage the entire rental journey--from initial enquiry to move-in--at Copper House. Conduct engaging property tours, driving a high conversion rate from enquiry to signed lease. Keep applicant records up to date and accurate to reduce void periods and maximise rental income. Follow up with leads promptly and professionally, maintaining strong relationships throughout. Ensure all leasing processes comply with local legislation and Apo brand standards. Stay informed on Liverpool's rental market, competitor activity, and pricing trends.

Resident Experience & Community Engagement



Act as a visible and approachable Apo brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service to both prospective and current residents. Help build a strong sense of community through resident events, initiatives, and engagement activities. Collect and share resident feedback to continuously improve the living experience. Handle day-to-day enquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Promote resident referral incentives to support organic growth within the community.

Operational Support & Compliance



Ensure leasing documents and resident files are compliant, accurate, and up to date. Coordinate with property and maintenance teams to ensure apartments are show-ready. Manage move-in and move-out processes, including key audits and welcome preparations. Record all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system for tracking and reporting. Assist with marketing efforts by keeping Copper House listings current, appealing, and consistent.

About You



You're a people-first professional who enjoys creating meaningful resident experiences and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced rental environment.

Essential Skills & Experience



Previous experience in lettings, property management, or residential sales (Build-to-Rent preferred). Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service and build trusted relationships. Knowledge of the Liverpool rental market and relevant UK lettings regulations. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Highly organised, with strong time management and attention to detail. Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. ARLA qualification (preferred), or a willingness to complete it within six months.
