We're on the hunt for a dedicated and enthusiastic Resident Liaison and Energy Advisor to join our amazing Environmental Sustainability team at Fairhive! About the role...
As a valued team member, you will play an essential role in our daily operations where no two days are the same.
Your contributions will help the team deliver on our goals and contribute to Fairhive's overall success. The role will require team work and collaboration so if you have previous relevant experience and a drive to succeed then we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent resident engagement, advice and support for retrofit projects
- Raising awareness and educating residents on their home's sustainability-related measures
- Supporting residents through the improvements needed on their homes
- Sustainability and energy efficiency industry experience, ideally in a domestic retrofit context
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational, time management, administrative and prioritisation skills
- Driving licence
