About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our team on a busy social housing refurbishment programme in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to work on meaningful projects that improve the quality of life for tenants while ensuring they are supported every step of the way.
Working closely with our site and project teams, you will be the main point of contact for residents in occupied homes during planned maintenance and improvement works. Your role is crucial in helping tenants understand the scope of works, reducing disruption, and ensuring a positive experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, providing clear and regular updates on works.
Act as the main point of contact for all tenant queries, concerns, and feedback.
Coordinate access to properties for surveys, works, and inspections.
Issue written communications such as letters, notices, and newsletters.
Maintain accurate records of all resident interactions and issues raised.
Monitor satisfaction levels and contribute to continuous improvement.
Manage and resolve complaints or concerns quickly and professionally.
Provide general admin support throughout the planned teams.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer or tenant-facing role (ideally in construction, housing, or regeneration).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathetic, patient, and professional approach.
Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively
DBS check may be required due to working in occupied homes
Good IT and administrative skills - able to manage schedules, records, and reporting.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel between properties may be required).

Pay: 27,000.00 per year
