As a Resident Liaison Officer, you'll be the key point of contact between the business and residents during construction or refurbishment works. You'll ensure residents are kept informed, supported, and satisfied throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for residents whose homes are undergoing work
Carry out resident interviews, surveys, and regular home visits
Keep residents updated on progress, schedules, and changes
Handle and resolve concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
Attend resident-related meetings when required
Work closely with site teams to ensure communication is aligned and efficient
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to build trust and positive relationships with residents
Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a busy workload
Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (travel required - mileage reclaimable)
