Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and personable Resident Advisor to provide exceptional support and assistance within our residential community. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a safe, welcoming environment, assisting residents with their needs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role offers an opportunity to develop valuable customer service skills while contributing positively to the community atmosphere.

Duties



Act as the first point of contact for residents, addressing enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally Promote additional services or amenities through upselling opportunities to enhance resident experience Assist residents with various needs, including organising events or activities to encourage community engagement Handle cash transactions accurately during service provision or retail activities within the residence Maintain cleanliness and organisation of communal areas, ensuring health and safety standards are met Perform basic mechanical tasks or troubleshooting when required, demonstrating mechanical knowledge to resolve minor issues Monitor security protocols to ensure resident safety at all times Support the management team with administrative tasks as needed, including record keeping and reporting

Qualifications



Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour Experience in upselling or promoting services/products is advantageous Basic mechanical knowledge or aptitude for troubleshooting minor equipment issues Proven ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Previous experience in a hospitality, retail, or residential environment is desirable but not essential Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting

Pay: 25,871.00 per year
