Job Summary
The Daltons is looking for a Support Worker to join our dedicated care team supporting young adults aged 16-25 with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours that challenge and varied mental health issues. Based in a peaceful village with large gardens and a spacious yet, warm and inviting home, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable young people--helping them to build independence, stability, and confidence for the future.
