We are seeking full time Residential Children's Care Workers to work in Children's Homes in Chester, Ellesmere Port, Winsford and Northwich. This Residential service aims to ensure that its most vulnerable children's needs, are met and that their life chances are maximised to enable them to achieve their full potential and positive outcomes.

ESSENTIAL - Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
ESSENTIAL - Experience working in supporting vulnerable children and young people
Supervisory skill set - although training will be provided
Strong relationship builder with good communication skills
