Residential Chartered Surveyor
Job Description
Allied Surveyors Scotland Plc is one of the largest independent firms of chartered surveyors. We have 180 dedicated members of staff stretching over 30 offices in Scotland.
We are currently looking for a qualified surveyor to work in our Residential department within our Dumfries office covering Dumfries and Galloway.
The ideal candidate will have the relevant degree or experience having achieved MRICS or AssocRICS and experience within the residential sector.
The position will require the candidate to undertake all types of residential work including Home reports, Secured lending valuations and EPC's.
The salary is subject to experience.
