What We're Looking For:

Whether you have experience in care or are new to the sector, we provide all the training you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities:
Create a warm and welcoming environment with care and compassion that fosters well-being and comfort for all
Provide high-quality, person-centred care to our children and young people in a therapeutic residential setting
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children and young people to understand and cater their individual needs
Assist with daily living activities, including meals, medication, and potentially personal care
Work collaboratively with our dedicated team of professionals to support children and young people's physical, emotional, and social needs
Participate and grow with our regular training and personal development opportunities
Ensure compliance with health and safety and regulatory standards
Contribute to development and growth of our team
Key Skills and Qualities:
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience in care (desirable but not essential)
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and requirements
A commitment to maintaining a high standard of care and respecting children and young people's dignity
