To support and enable young people to maintain skills and personal interests whilst delivering person-centred care unique to each individual
To keep training and skill levels up to date and relevant
Support Young people to maintain their relationships and connections with the local community
Ensure Care Support Plans and Risk Assessments and other information about how to support Young people are followed
Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support
This role does not include weekends unless on call
Work as part of the care team
Respecting the dignity of Young people and promoting independence.
Requirements:
Experience in working with young people
Level 3 Children's and Young People or equivalent (Preferred but not essential)
