What You'll Do

As a Residential Childcare Support Worker, you'll play an essential role in transforming lives. You'll:

Foster a welcoming, supportive, and secure environment for young people. Work closely with children to encourage positive growth and independence. Support day-to-day routines, helping young people develop life skills and confidence. Ensure their voices are heard and respected, keeping their best interests at heart.
