2 Bed Children's Home

Children aged 7 to 17 with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD)

What does Progression look like:

Progressive pay scale based on experience, qualifications, and performance. First access to other RSW, and senior roles in the company before these get advertised.


Working Week and Pay:



Hours:

2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, including 6 to 8 sleep-ins per month

Sleep-in Rate:

52 per sleep

Salary:

29,000 to 31,600 (inclusive of sleep-ins)

Induction:

What you will need/None-Negotiables:



Qualifications:

It is desirable that you hold Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare, or Level 3 Diplomas in Social or Children Care.

Experience:

Desirable to have experience working in a similar setting, such as working with children with challenging behaviour or complex needs (not including care assistant for the elderly).

Driving Licence:

Full driving license is essential.

Fluent in English:

Good verbal and written communication skills.

21
