Qualifications/Experience
: (Desirable that individuals have worked in residential childcare age range 8-17).
Appropriate level of education - NVQ/Diploma level 3 or higher (Desirable), but appropriate life experience would be acceptable for the right candidate.

Ability to work as part of a team
Eligibility to reside and work in the UK
Experience of working within a Residential Children's Home
