Job Description

About Us

Denbury Care is a newly established provider of residential support for young people aged 6-18 who are under the care of the local authority. Our 4-bedded home is located on a peaceful farm, in a beautiful secluded valley near Bishop's Lydeard, near Taunton, offering a calm and nurturing environment where young people can feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow.

We are dedicated to preparing young people for independence at 18, while supporting their social, emotional, and mental health needs through a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach. Our team is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and we expect all staff to share this commitment. Enhanced DBS checks are part of our safer recruitment process and are required prior to employment.
