Kinsman Children's Homes:
A fantastic 4-bedroom home, with 4 reception rooms, in Kidderminster, England. We run a home as you would.... children at the heart of every decision we make. Staff are supported. Decisions are thought out and made quickly, with all the staff team involved (you will have an equal voice, whatever level you are employed at). Large recreational budgets for all the children. Senior management who you actually know and see on a day to day basis. As the RM you will be expected to work from the children's home throughout the week - at the coal face! Training won't just cover the standard mandatory modules, it will encompass the thoughts and aspirations of the individual staff member, in whatever direction they choose to enhance their career and the lives of the children we look after. However, we are only looking to recruit the best! Our residential home will cater for up to 4 children between the ages of 7 -17. We recognise that staff are at the forefront of a child's life while in residential care and are the heartbeat of a home. To attract the best, we are offering high rates of pay, flexibility & incentives that we believe no other home in the UK can provide.
