About You



You

will be an experienced registered manager, with a track record of good performance, demonstrated by having been rated "Good" or "Outstanding" within recent Ofsted Inspection. You will be committed to leading from the front in developing relationship-based practice with children.

We will need you to

Be responsible for ensuring that the home provideshigh-quality care and support to children and young people with a range of complex needs. Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, including managing staff, maintaining relationships with external agencies, and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met. Demonstrate the standard of direct work with children required in the homes. Ensure the home has in place policies, procedures, and practices necessary to safeguard and promote the welfare of our children. Ensure that all available resources are deployed effectively to provide best value for children's welfare. Work in collaboration with partner services - therapists and educators, in the interests of children.

You will need

A minimum of two years previous experience as a registered manager in a residential children's home with good or outstanding Ofsted rating. To hold a

Level 4 Diploma

in Residential Childrencare or equivalent. To hold a

Level 5 Diploma

in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) Experience of working with children with Learning Disabilities including autism. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving. Hold a full driving license
