We are currently recruiting for a Residential Concierge for a luxury development in the Putney Bridge area.
As Residential Concierge you and the team are the people our residents see on a daily basis. You set the tone and can ensure that everything has gone above and beyond to make their development a fantastic place to live.
Who you'll report to
Head Concierge/Development Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Be polite and courteous at all times to residents and any development visitors
Looking after the concierge desk and lobby areas for the development
Deliver the highest standards of customer service in a friendly and effective manner.
Handling residents feedback or complaints
Notify the Head Concierge/Development Manager daily of any queries or problems relating to the development which require attention including any resident complaints.
Co-ordinate, instruct and allow access for services to the development such as refuse collection, deliveries, repairs and maintenance, utility companies.
Monitor regular contractors such as grounds maintenance and cleaners.
Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to across the development
Regularly walk around the site to conduct visual inspections to identify areas of concern.
Ensure the Concierge office/area and storage facilities are tidy, well maintained and secure.
Logging resident's parcels and advising them of their arrival.
Any other reasonable additional tasks requested by the Line Manager.
Attend training as required.
Adhere to the Group H&S policy.
Hours of work
7:30am - 7:30pm 12 hour shifts. 4 on 4 off on a rotational basis.
Flexibility dependant on business need is essential
To apply you will ideally have
A minimum 1-year previous experience of working in the hotel industry or similar residential development
Good Command of the English language both spoken and written
Good knowledge of PC and Microsoft packages
Knowledge of general Health & Safety processes is advantageous
