Fidaris is proud to be working with a highly regarded regional law firm in the search for a qualified Residential Conveyancer to join their established and supportive property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer - whether a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive - to manage their own caseload of residential property transactions with autonomy, while being part of a collaborative and forward thinking firm.

The Role

You will take responsibility for a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post completion, including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Transfers of equity and remortgages New build transactions and help to buy Title checks, reporting, and drafting contracts Client liaison and relationship management Working with support staff to ensure a smooth and efficient process
This is a full time, office based position, with the option for hybrid working following probation.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive Minimum 2 years' post qualification experience in residential conveyancing Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently Skilled in client care, with a proactive and commercial approach Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable but not essential Familiar with using digital case management systems
