Residential Conveyancer, Derbyshire, 3+ PQE, salary up to c \xc2\xa345,000 (DOE) - A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and supportive team in Derbyshire-based law firm. REF: 5781OVERVIEW:
- An experienced Residential Property Lawyer is sought after to join an established practice in Derbyshire to undertake a full and varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
- Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 3 Years PQE and proven technical expertise in handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
- You will handle your own caseload of residential property matters including transfer of equity, new builds, re-mortgages, sales and purchases and equity release schemes.
- An established practice with a strong reputation for providing an excellent service to their clients.
- The firm cover the broad remit of conveyancing and are looking for ambitious Lawyers who have a genuine passion to specialise within property law and progress their career.
