RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR / CONVEYANCER
ST ALBANS, HERTS
\xc2\xa330,000 - \xc2\xa345,000
QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Solicitor, to join our client in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their established residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 1 to 3 years.
The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:
- sales
- purchase
- leaseholds
- freeholds
- remortgages
- transfers of equity
If you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. Please note if you do not have casehandling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
