Salary:

Starting from 30,000 + Bonus up to 15,000

Achieving 60 completions per quarter could earn you around 2,100 in bonuses--based on completions, client satisfaction, and quality.

Your Role

As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you'll deliver exceptional service across a range of transactions, supported by a collaborative team and specialist departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of 40-100 files (based on experience). Handle freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build, and other technical transactions. Support colleagues with guidance and expertise. Meet completion targets while maintaining high service standards.

What We're Looking For from a Residential Conveyancer

Minimum 3 years' experience managing high-volume residential conveyancing caseloads. Strong IT skills and familiarity with case management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proven ability to meet deadlines and work to targets in a fast-paced environment.
