We're building a forward?thinking conveyancing practice that blends technology, efficiency, and specialist expertise. Our leasehold team is expanding, with a clear pathway into auction work (leasehold tenure only). You'll be joining a dynamic environment where systems, support, and paralegal assistance are in place to help you focus on delivering completions and managing instructions at scale.
The Role
Manage 50 active instructions comfortably (with paralegal/legal assistant support if caseload increases).
Deliver a minimum of 5 completions per month.
Specialise initially in leasehold conveyancing, with progression into auction transactions.
Work alongside a collaborative team, supported by modern systems and structured processes.
What We're Looking For
Qualified conveyancer / solicitor with at least 2 years PQE.
Strong knowledge of leasehold transactions.
Organised, resilient, and able to manage volume caseloads effectively.
Keen to embrace technology and streamlined workflows.
Self?motivated, with a consultancy mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 40,000.00-60,000.00 per year
