About the Role

We are seeking a

Newly Qualified Conveyancer

(Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive) to join our growing residential property team in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who has recently qualified and is looking to develop a long-term career in conveyancing. You'll handle your own caseload of residential transactions under supportive supervision, with access to mentoring from experienced conveyancers and a clear progression pathway.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of

residential sale and purchase

files from instruction to completion. Draft, review, and advise on contracts and title documentation. Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors. Ensure all work complies with

SRA / CLC regulations

and firm procedures. Maintain excellent client care and communication throughout each transaction. Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team development.

About You

Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX Legal Executive

(0-2 years PQE). Previous experience in a conveyancing environment (training seat or paralegal experience considered). Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters. Excellent written and verbal communication, with a client-focused mindset. A team player with a proactive approach and willingness to learn.
