About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join our modern, fast-paced law firm in the heart of Leeds. You'll manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, delivering a first-class client experience in a friendly and collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity). Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors. Ensuring files are managed efficiently and deadlines are met. Maintaining excellent client communication and service throughout each transaction.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience running your own conveyancing caseload from start to finish. Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment. Confident communicator with a proactive, solution-focused approach. Qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or CILEX (preferred but not essential).
