Eventus Recruitment Group are seeking Residential Conveyancer to join the busy property team of a highly regarded North West law firm. This is a permanent, full-time job based in Lytham, offering hybrid working and a high-quality residential property caseload. About the Job

This is a varied and engaging position for a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with experience running a caseload of residential property transactions. You will join a close-knit and supportive team handling matters from instruction to post-completion.


Your responsibilities will include:


Handling a busy caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties Delivering clear, accurate legal advice to clients and third parties throughout the transaction process Utilising a Case Management System and ensuring compliance with all procedures Maintaining proactive communication with clients, agents, and other solicitors to ensure seamless progression of matters Drafting legal documentation and reviewing contracts and title documents Liaising with other departments to support broader client relationships Supporting marketing and business development activities as required

About You

This opportunity will suit a Residential Conveyancer who is passionate about property law and confident in working independently while being part of a supportive, collaborative team. You'll enjoy dealing directly with clients and guiding them through the legal process with care and clarity.


You should also be able to demonstrate the following:


Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive Minimum 2 years' experience handling residential property transactions Strong working knowledge of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively Good IT skills, particularly with case management systems A commercial mindset and proactive approach to client service
