Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our dynamic team in a full-time position based at our Middlesbrough office. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their expertise in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Role Description
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, working independently while being supported by our collaborative team. We offer a modern approach to conveyancing that prioritises both client satisfaction and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end residential property transactions Conduct comprehensive property searches and due diligence Prepare and review legal documentation Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate and detailed case records Meet and exceed transaction completion targets
Ideal Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Conveyancer with minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience Proven track record of successful property transactions Excellent communication and organisational skills Proficient in case management software Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team
