Location: Nuneaton or Hinckley

Working Hours: Full-time, 36.25 hours per week

Work pattern: 9:00am to 5:15pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: Competitive

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Residential Conveyancer

to join our well-

established and busy Residential Property team.




You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from


instruction through to completion, working closely with our supportive team of fee


earners, paralegals, and assistants. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

A minimum of 1 years' experience in residential conveyancing
(managing a caseload from start to finish).1

Technical Ability:

Confident in handling all aspects of residential
conveyancing from instruction through to completion.

Client Care:

Excellent client care and communication skills, with a commitment
to delivering a high-quality service.

Independence & Drive:

The ability to work independently in a fast-paced


environment, manage your own caseload, and meet deadlines effectively.

Proven Track Record:

Demonstrated ability to meet fee income targets and
work efficiently under pressure.
