About the Role



We are looking for qualified property solicitor with demonstratable technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex residential property transactions with efficiency and professionalism.You will have administrative support and will represent our clients in a broad range of bespoke property matters.

Salary dependent on experience and candidate.

What you'll be doing



Managing a variety of residential property matters, including complex and high value transactions.

Working non-standard freehold matters such as land or country.

Maintaining strong client relationships through top quality service.

Involving yourself in business development meetings and events.

Organising and developing your support staff and junior members of the team.

Enjoying the opportunity of being directly involved in varied and high-quality work.

Who you are



You have a broad and strong technical knowledge of residential property matters, and an active interest in keeping abreast of developments in the field.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are a fastidious individual but are amiable and easy to work with. You have a positive approach to work and its challenges. You enjoy a collaborative approach working within a team. You count honesty and integrity as two of your core, personal values. You are naturally polite and courteous. You are not afraid to share ideas to improve processes or implementation. You can handle standard freehold and lease hold transactions autonomously. You are adept at handling emotive clients making substantial life purchases.

Our process



Depending on availability (yours and ours), we may ask to see you for one or two interviews at our offices, at least one of which will be with the Managing Director, David Edwards. These interviews tend to last between one and two hours.
