The firm's UK Conveyancing Team offers a highly professional conveyancing service designed to make the process of buying or selling property efficient and stress-free for their clients. Our UK lawyers are part of what we call a 'Centre of Excellence' working on our most complex engagements for leading referrers. Muve's Conveyancing Lawyers are experienced conveyancers with residential property expertise and an excellent knowledge base in all aspects of sale and purchase transactions, and all variants such as Leasehold, Remortgage, New Build and Shared Ownership. The Conveyancing Manager will review existing process and implement new processes to ensure the team comply with all regulatory obligations, policies and procedures, undertake file reviews, audits and support the Conveyancing Director to ensure that the conveyancing team provide the highest quality of service. The individual must be prepared to work as part of a team, be able to interact with colleagues and clients in a professional and tactful manner and in doing so present a positive image of the Company. The Conveyancing Lawyer will report into the UK Conveyancing Manager and will involve close liaison with the Conveyancing and Account Management Team.
Duties
? Deliver high quality customer service at all times and deliver performance targets in a fast-paced environment
? Complete legal conveyancing work on all aspects of sale and purchase transactions, and all variants such as Leasehold, Remortgage, New Build and Shared Ownership.
? Ensure cases are progressed accurately and in a timely manner, in line with the company's objectives.
? Liaise with all colleagues to ensure cases progress smoothly.
? Ensure SLA's are met and the Firms customer portal (Hoolwa) is accurately managed and maintained on case updates, in line with company policy.
? Answer queries, calls and complaints and internal and external requests, escalating to Conveyancing Manager as required
? Increase and optimise the Firm's revenue from Conveyancing opportunities. ? Ensure all requirements for CLC and the protocol are followed.
? Responsible for updating all excel trackers to facilitate proactive case progression on a daily basis.
? Responsible for maintaining good client satisfaction and promoting positive customer reviews via social media platforms Trust Pilot and Google.
Experience
Be a qualified lawyer or conveyancer with at least 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing and non contentious property work, with proven experience in a volume conveyancing firm.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
Run own caseload for many years and have an excellent knowledge base in all aspects of sale and purchase transactions, and all the variants such as Leasehold, Remortgage, New Build, Shared Ownership
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Proficient IT skills, including experience with conveyancing software and Microsoft Office applications.
