Conveyancing Solicitor/Licenced Conveyancer/Legal Executive with 2-5 PQELocation:
Woking (Northwest Surrey Area) (office based with occasional remote working).Salary/Package:

Job description
You will work closely with a friendly and dedicated team and the role involves managing a caseload of residential property matters including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Re-mortgages New builds Council right to buy Lease extensions Title queries Transfers of part Transfers of equity Equity release
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years PQE, be IT literate and experience using a case management system is preferred. You should have excellent communication skills and be capable of delivering a high standard of client care whilst working in an efficient manner and achieving monthly billing targets.
