CardiffThis busy regional firm have instructed us in their recruitment for a residential property solicitor to work on a wide range of residential property matters. This residential property solicitor will be joining the office in Cardiff.You will be managing your own caseload of residential property and conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work, right to buy, shared ownerships and transfers of equity.It is important that you are a qualified solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer with experience in residential property. You will be able to demonstrate that you are able to manage a residential property caseload.Excellent career opportunities on offer as well a good market rate package.
