MUST HAVE ATLEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE OF HANDLING THEIR OWN CASELOAD

We are looking for experienced residential conveyancers to join our long-established & well respected firm. Our residential conveyancing team comprises of 12 friendly and supportive conveyancers, legal assistants and secretaries.

This is an exciting time for our firm as we are expanding, having recently opened a second office in Needham Market. Our residential conveyancing team is growing, and we would love for you to get in touch to discuss the opportunities available.

We have full time and part time vacancies available.

This is a fantastic opportunity, with an attractive & negotiable package available to the successful candidate.

The applicant must either be a solicitor, licenced conveyancer, CILEX legal executive, or an experienced paralegal . You must have atleast 3 years experience of running your own diverse, full service residential caseload.

Key Responsibilities

Accountable for the management of your own case load, including file reviews

Manage capacity levels

Work in line with CQS compliance

Deliver exceptional customer service, and manage client expectations

Familiarity with case management systems & other legal software

Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines

Ability to provide clear and concise legal advice to clients

Confident in the knowledge of property law & conveyancing procedures

The autonomy and conviction to manage your own case load, whilst being a team player
