Overview:
We are currently working with a well-established law firm in South Wales that is looking to add a talented Residential Conveyancer to its expanding team. This firm has built a strong reputation in the region for providing practical, client-focused legal services and is now seeking a motivated individual to join their busy conveyancing department.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancer who enjoys handling their own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. You'll be part of a collaborative team in a friendly and professional environment, with excellent administrative and paralegal support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Provide high-quality legal advice and maintain excellent client care standards.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with SRA regulations and firm policies.
Maintain accurate records and case files using the firm's case management system.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or an experienced non-qualified Conveyancer.
Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
