Residential Conveyancer & Team Leader - Bristol
This strong Bristol based multi-office practice are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to lead their thriving Residential Conveyancing team in their Kingswood office.

- Providing high-quality legal advice and exceptional client service.
- Overseeing compliance, file management, and AML procedures.
- Leading and developing the Kingswood Conveyancing team through regular meetings and training.
- Handling recruitment, performance reviews, and act as technical reference point
- Driving marketing and business development efforts in the local property market.
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
- Strong experience in residential conveyancing, preferably in Bristol.
- Confident using legal IT systems and adapting to new processes.
- A proactive approach to client care, team leadership, and business development.
