Job Description

Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancer with experience to join a successful team to be based in Wakefield or one of their other offices throughout West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be working with secretarial support and will join the team on a permanent basis.

Role responsibilities

The incoming Residential Conveyancer will be part of a team of property specialists, who all handle their own caseload of varied matters. You will be responsible for progressing your own caseload of files, from instruction to post-completion including sale, purchase, remortgage, transfer of equity and new build matters. You will be working on a case-management system with support.

Person specification

Applications are sought from fee-earners with prior experience in Residential Conveyancing. You will have experience across all areas of residential conveyancing, and you will be able to manage a caseload without supervision. Client care skills are paramount as is a high amount of I.T capability.
