Residential Conveyancer - West Midlands
Leading Black Country and West Midlands firm seeks a lawyer to join their busy residential property team.
Due to a period of growth, the firm are looking for a fee earner who can work largely unsupervised and deal with a range of work including:
- Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases
- Leasehold Sale and Purchases
- Investment & Buy to Let Properties
- New Build Plot Purchases and Sales
- Transfers of Equity
- Right to Buy Purchases
- Leasehold Enfranchisement
- Lease Extensions
- Re-mortgages
- Shared Ownership Property Sales and Purchases
