RecQuest

is representing a forward-thinking law firm eager to expand its Residential Conveyancing team. They are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancer to take ownership of an established caseload and help drive the department's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Managing all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other property-related legal documents Carrying out title checks, searches, and ensuring compliance with Land Registry requirements Advising clients on the legal process of buying and selling residential property Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process Overseeing completions and handling post-completion matters such as SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
What's on Offer

Competitive salary: 35,000 - 55,000 Full-time, permanent position Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00
About You

Experienced Conveyancer (Senior Paralegal, Legal Executive, or Solicitor) Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload independently Excellent communication and client relationship skills Commercially minded, with a proactive approach to business development and marketing Previous experience using case management systems
