Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

to join their busy team and take over an established client base and caseload.

This is a great opportunity for a Paralegal who enjoys working in a client-facing position, providing valuable customer service. The role exists within a supportive and welcoming environment, working with a great team of fee earners, and reporting to a forward thinking and very approachable Partner.

Typical Duties:

Advising clients on matters relating to the purchase, sale and transfer of residential property

Dealing with transactions from taking instructions through to settling the transaction and registering the deeds

Drafting standard offers, examine titles, prepare dispositions and relevant forms

Preparing security documentation, instructing appropriate searches, reporting on title to the clients and dealing with any title issues

Negotiating missives on behalf of clients

Essential criteria:

Previous experience of working as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal - dealing with transactions from start to finish and negotiating missives (training will be provided for candidates with less experience)

A professional and friendly manner with the ability to form a good rapport with clients

Ability to manage a busy caseload

Good IT skills

Ability to work efficiently with minimum supervision
