Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

to join our close-knit and highly dedicated team.

Duties

Manage the conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring all legal requirements are met. Conduct thorough property searches and due diligence to identify any potential issues. Drafting documents, letters and contracts tailored to the client's individual needs. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the conveyancing process. Provide clients with clear advice on their rights and responsibilities during the transaction. Keep up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations to ensure compliance. Manage a high-volume caseload as delegated by the work allocation team. Provide excellent client service to ensure the values of the firm are being always represented.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for document preparation and communication. Have extensive knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing law Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to engage with clients and stakeholders professionally. Highly organised with a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation. IT literate with the ability to adapt to new software systems as required. Work effectively on own as well as with other team members
