Job Description

We are hiring for a well-regarded legal practice based in Edinburgh. As part of continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a supportive and professional team.

About the Role


This position involves managing a varied caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions are carried out smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with clients and stakeholders, providing clear guidance and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities



Manage conveyancing files from start to finish Conduct property searches and due diligence Draft legal documents and client correspondence Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors Maintain accurate records and case management Keep up to date with property law and regulatory changes Balance a busy workload while delivering excellent client service

Skills & Experience



Proven experience in residential conveyancing Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with case management systems Ability to work independently and within a team Strong time management and prioritisation skills
