The Role

You will take on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish, including sales, purchases, transfers of title, and re-mortgages. As a key member of our team, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy while also benefiting from the support of experienced colleagues and administrative staff.

What We're Looking For

A qualified solicitor (Scotland) with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing Proven ability to manage your own caseload independently and efficiently Strong communication skills with a client-focused, friendly, and professional approach Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards A team player who enjoys working in a small, collaborative environment
