Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of the conveyancing process. This role involves managing the legal aspects of residential property transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional service to clients throughout the process.

Duties

Handle all aspects of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. Conduct thorough due diligence, including searches and enquiries. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions. Provide expert advice on legal matters related to property sales and purchases. Negotiate terms on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the conveyancing process. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer or in a similar role within the property sector. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. A thorough understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach. Relevant qualifications in law or conveyancing are desirable but not essential for candidates with significant experience.
