Job Description

A leading Legal 100 firm is seeking an

Associate Solicitor or Legal Executive

with

3+ years' residential conveyancing experience

to join its highly regarded Residential Property team.

The Opportunity:



Handle a

diverse caseload

including freehold/leasehold sales/purchases, re-mortgages, deeds of variation, and transfers of equity. Work within a

CQS-accredited team

known for exceptional client retention and high-value transactions. Collaborate with supportive colleagues across

three London offices

Drive

business development

initiatives to expand the practice, with a focus on client relationship building.

Ideal Candidate:



?

3+ years' PQE

in residential conveyancing (Solicitor or CILEX-qualified).
? Proven ability to

manage own caseload

while meeting fee targets.
? Strong

technical skills

and commitment to client service excellence.
? Track record in

marketing/business development

(referrals, networking, or client growth).
? Team player with

commercial acumen

and enthusiasm for collaborative success.
