looking for a pivotal role in a growing

Residential Family Centre (RFC)

Join our dedicated team and help shape the future of our 6-family assessment unit as we move towards our first official inspection!

We're seeking a passionate and skilled

Registered Manager

to lead our Residential Family Centre.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operational oversight of our service, ensuring high-quality, professional parenting assessments are delivered within a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a service that has already received

highly positive Regulation 25 inspection outcomes

and is focused on achieving 'Outstanding' at its first official inspection.

Operational Management:

Overseeing all aspects of the RFC, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.

Team Leadership:

Managing and mentoring a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional service and outcomes for families.

Quality Assurance:

Driving continuous improvement and maintaining the highest standards of care and assessment.

Assessment Oversight:

Ensuring the professional and timely completion of parenting assessments, which may include utilising tools such as

ParentAssess

.

Desirable Skills (Across all Tiers):



A

Qualified Social Worker

qualification. Experience in conducting parenting assessments, ideally with

ParentAssess

training.
(While a Social Work qualification is highly beneficial for the assessment side of the service, it is

not essential for this Registered Manager role).

Ranging from

52,500 to 57,500

per annum (depending on experience and qualifications).
