Madison Berkeley have partnered with one of London's most prestigious property development, investment and management companies looking to hire a Residential Leasing Manager. This is a key leadership role within the leasing team of a premium Build to Rent (BTR) operator located in Central London. With over 700 studio to three-bedroom apartments coming available and a strong pipeline of new buildings, this is a rare chance to help shape a high-end, service-led residential offering.
The development is part of a large-scale, high-quality BTR scheme within Central London. It offers a mix of studio to three-bedroom apartments, catering to a tenant base that includes high-net-worth individuals and professionals. The model focuses on community, service, and long-term resident engagement, supported by a strong operations and customer service infrastructure.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Leasing Consultants, setting KPIs and overseeing performance
Manage corporate lettings strategy, including relocation agents and bulk deals
Conduct viewings and negotiate high-value rental agreements
Oversee renewals, relets and pricing strategy in line with market trends
Manage all listings, portal marketing and ensure compliance with Consumer Protection Regulations
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including Right to Rent checks
Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Tenancy and Building Management
Maintain and utilise CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring GDPR compliance
Drive occupancy and rent growth to align with business plan targets
Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports
Represent the business at networking events and industry functions
What We're Looking For:
Level 3 ARLA qualification (essential)
IRPM qualification (desirable)
Proven experience in the Build to Rent or high-end lettings sector
Strong leadership and people management capabilities
In-depth understanding of lettings legislation and the Renters Reform Act
Comfortable working with HNWIs and senior-level stakeholders
Highly organised, commercially driven, with strong communication skills
