Job Summary
This is a full-time, office based role for a Residential Lettings Manager based in North London. The Residential Lettings Manager will oversee all aspects of the letting process, including managing a portfolio of rental properties, liaising with landlords and tenants, coordinating property viewings, and ensuring properties remain compliant with legal requirements. Additional responsibilities include negotiating tenancy agreements, addressing tenant inquiries, facilitating property maintenance, and working closely with the rest of the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
Experience in Estate Agent practices and Lettings industry
Strong skills in Property Management, including knowledge and understanding of local and national regulations
Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a commitment to providing clear communication and positive experiences with both landlords and tenants
Attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
IT literate, proficient in Microsoft office and previous use of real estate software
Clean driving licence is essential
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred but not required
