Contract Terms:

35 hours per week (full time), permanent

Salary:

30,229 - 33,595, Grade G4 - G1 + car allowance

Location:

Invergordon with hybrid working (weekly attendance to the office will be required)

About the Role

Highland Residential is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Residential Lettings Coordinator to provide a professional residential lettings service to tenants and our sole client Albyn Housing Society, whilst complying with legislation, internal policies, and procedures.

This is a unique post as Highland Residential is not a traditional estate agency. We manage only affordable housing models, those properties owned by Albyn Housing Society, let out for mid- market rental. This hybrid position offers a mix of office and remote working, along with site visits across the Highlands.

We are seeking a proactive, organised, and customer-focused individual with a strong background in housing, mid-market rental or residential lettings. To thrive in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in delivering a housing or lettings service to a variety of clients.

We're looking for someone with...

Experience within a social housing or residential letting's role, including delivering excellent customer services. Good understanding of the residential lettings market within the Highlands. The ability to manage high volumes of detailed work within efficient timescales. Experience in marketing and viewing of properties. Knowledge of residential property management including legal frameworks.
